Today’s picture is a bowl of cereal. I have been moving into a new place and this is the time I could sit down and enjoy a good meal. Unfortunately, no time to cook, so a bowl of cereal it is. I know that some people will say cereal is just carbs and processed sugar. Well, that may be true, but when you’re starving and don’t have time to cook. I think it’ll do just fine.
Satisfying my hunger is key at this point, if I want to be healthier, it’ll take a change in lifestyle. Like, no cereal in the house, homemade cereal, nuts, fruits, vegetables, maybe a pre-cooked meal. I have a lot of work to do. Oh well, tomorrow’s another day. Have a great night everyone!
